En 1700, ils ont m\u00eame \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9clar\u00e9s<strong>\u00ab\u00a0bonbons nationaux<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb de l&rsquo;\u00c9tat de V\u00e9n\u00e9tie. La recette originale faisait appel \u00e0 des ingr\u00e9dients tels que le lait de ch\u00e8vre, le safran et le saindoux.    <\/span><b>fritoleri<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">artisans qui vendaient ces d\u00e9lices chauds dans les rues de Venise.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I <\/span><strong><i>fritoleri<\/i><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  \u00e9taient organis\u00e9s en une guilde d&rsquo;environ soixante-dix membres, chacun disposant d&rsquo;un espace exclusif pour exercer son m\u00e9tier. Ils pr\u00e9paraient les   <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cr\u00eapes<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en p\u00e9trissant des \u0153ufs, de la farine, du sucre, des raisins secs et des pignons de pin sur de grandes tables en bois, puis en les faisant frire dans des po\u00eales g\u00e9antes.
