To address these developments, Venice Tours has structured a permanent training program that offers opportunities for training and personal growth to all employees, with pathways tailored to the roles held and individual needs. The courses were organized in collaboration with TRAICONET, an FTO-accredited training organization, through the use of the Fondo Forte and the relevant Bilateral Body.
